NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 24th November, 2001

S.O.1161(E).-In exercise oi the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National

Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central 'Government hereby authorises the District

Revenue Officer, Perambator, Jamil Nadu as the competent authority to perform the

functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this

Notification in the Official Gazette in respect of four laning of the stretch from Km. 243.200

to Km. 285.500 on NH 45 (for widening and improvement of existing National Highway) m

the state of Tamil Nadu as specified in the Schedule given below till further orders.
