NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th November, 2001

S.0.1182 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of tlie Homoeopathy Central

Cduncil Act 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government after

consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy, hereby

makes the following further amendment in the Second

Schedule to the said Act, namely :-—

In the said Second Schedule, under the heading

"MAHARASHTRA", in serial number 1 IF relating to Baba

Saheb Ambcdkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad

after the existing entries in columns 2,3 and 4, the following

shall be inserted, nemcly :•—
