New Delhi, the 28th November, 2001

S.O, 1184(E).—Whereas certain modifications, which the Central Government proposed to make in the

Master Plan for Delhi/Zonal Development Plan regarding the area mentioned hereunder, were published with Notice

No.F, 20(10)/93/MP dated 22-1-94 in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 ofthe Delhi Development Act, 1957(61

of 1957) inviting objections/suggestions as required by Sub-section (3) of Section 11 -A of the said Act, within thirty days

from the date ofthe said notice.

Whereas no objections/suggestions were received from the public with regard to the proposed modifications.

And whereas the Central Government have after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decidedto modify

the Master Plan for Delhi/Zonal Development Plan.

Now, therefore, in exercise ofthe powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 11-A ofthe said Act, the Central

Government hereby makes the following modifications in the said Master Plan or Delhi with effect from the date of

publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India.

MODIFICATIONS:

INDUSTRIALPLOT—LIGHT AND SERVICE INDUSTRY (036)

On page 163 after (e) the following is added:

In case of Junk Market, Mayapuri Industrial Area (Phase-11), the following norms shall apply:

(a)

Minimum size ofthcplot shall be 16 sq. mtrs. and for the plots from 16to50sq. mtrs. ground coverage shall

be 100% and maximum FAR 100.

(b)

Forplot size about 50 sq. mtrs. to 100 sq. mtrs maximum ground coverage shall be 75% max. FAR 120 with 3

mtr front set back.
