NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th November, 2001

S. O.1186 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (2) of Section 71 of the Uttar Pradesh

Reorganisation Act, 2000 (29 of 2000), the Central

Government hereby specifies the following institution ex-

isting on the appointed day in the Slate of Uttar Pradesh

for (he purpose of inclusion in the TENTH SCHEDULE to

the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of

this notification, namely : -

In the TENTH SCHEDULE to the said Act after serial

number 86 and the entries relating thereto, the

following serial number and entries shall be added,

namely:—
