Subject: Acceptance of an undertaking in connection with Anti-dumping investigation concerning import of Lei

Acid Batteries in or exported from Japan, Korea, China and Bangladesh.

Ne.67/l/2000-DGAJ).—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended

in 1995 and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of

Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules,

1995, the following additions are made in para 3(i) of the Notification No.

67/1/2000-DGAD dated 2^nd November, 2001, namely :-

The company has agreed not to sell subject goods to importers in India at

prices lower than the prices stipulated in the following Price Undertaking Grid.

such other date as may be appropriate.
