NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th December, 2001

G.S.R. 875(E).—In exercise of the powers con-

ferred by Sub-section (1) (c) and (d) of Section 8 of Major

Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government

hereby removes Shri H.B. Chaturvedi from the Board of

Kandla Post Trust. Accordingly, SI. No 16 and entries re-

lating to it in the Notification No. G.S.R. 489(E), dated

24-5-2000, of the Government of lndia in the erstwhile Ministry

of Surface Transport (Ports Wing), shall be deleted.
