NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th December, 2001

(i. S. R. 880(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) of Section 124. read with Sub-section (i)

of Section 132 ol the Major Ports Act. 19ft i (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the New Mangalore Port

I rust Employees' (Reciuitment of Head of Department) Amendment Regulations, 2001 made by the Board of 1 mstees ot

the Port of New Mangalore Port Trust as set out in the Schedule annexed to this "Notification.

The said Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this Notification in the Official

Gazette.

SCHEDULE

New Mangalore Port Trust (Recruitment of Heads of the Department) Second Amendment Regulations 2001

In exercise of the poweis conferred by Section 28 read with Section 124. of the Ma|or Ports Act, 1963. (38 of 1963),

the Board ol" Trustees of the New Mangalore Port Tiust makes the following regulations further to amend the New

Mangalore PortTiust (Recruitment of Heads of Department) Regulation, 1991.

1 These Regulations may be called the New Mangaloie Port Trust (Recruitment of Heads of Department)

Second Amendment Regulations 2001.

2 In the existing New Mangaloie Port Trust (Recruitment of Heads of Department) Regulations 1991, delate the

existing Schedule after Regulation 20 and substitute the new Schedule as below :
