S.0.1200(E).—In pursuance of clause(n) of section 2 of the Factories AGI, 1948 (Act 63 of 1948), and in supersession

of Notification of th.e Government of Incfia, in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O. 500(E) dated the 7th June, 2001, except as

respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri H.M.P.

Singh, Executive Director, Bokaro Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand, a unit of Steel Authority of India Limited as

"Occupier" to manage the affairs of ihc factories mentioned below, for the purposes of the said Act with effect from 30th

November. 2001. the date on which Ihe officer DroDOse to take charee as Executive Director/Works)
