S.O. 1201(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Notification No. 33/94 Cus. (NT) dated 1st July, 1994

issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance,

Department of Revenue, New Delhi under Clause (a) of

Section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) I,

M. JAYARAMAN, Commissioner of Customs and Central

Excise, Chennai-III, hereby declare Kottivakkain Village, Old

Mahabalipuram Road, Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram Distt

Tamilnadu to be a Warehousing Station under Section 9 of

the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), for the purpose of setting

up of 100% Export Oriented Unit.
