S.O. 1221(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section SOL of the

Income-tax Act 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the following debentures, in the nature of

bonds, namely :—

(i) the Industrial Development Bank of India Regular Income Bond bearing distinctive numbers from 142 964

to 174903 for annual interest option and numbers 174904 to 183207 to 185310 for semi annual interest

option of the face value of Rs. 5,000/-each;

(ii) the Industrial Development Bank of India Growing Interest Bond bearing distinctive numbers from 313735

to 314282 ofthe face value of Rs. 5,000/- each; and

(m) the Industrial Development Bank of India Infrastructure (Tax-saving) Bonds bearing distinctive numbers

froml001539to 1011080 forOption A and numbers 1463926 to 1470491 for Option B of the face value

Rs. 5,000/- each,

issued by die Industrial Development Bank of India, Mumbai, a Corporation established under Section 3 ofthe Industrial

Development Bank of India Act, 1964 (10 of 1964) in its public issue of bonds in Flexibonds-10 series (2001 -B), for the

purposes of the said clause.

from 500001 to 1001538 (brOption A andnumbers 1011081 to 1463925 forOption B of the face value of

Rs. 5,000/- each,

issued by the Industrial Development Bank of India, Mumbai, a Corporation established under Section 3 ofthe Industrial

Development Bank of India Act, 1964 (10 of 1964) in its public issue of bonds in Flexibonds-10 series (2001 -B), for the

purposes of the said clause.
