O.N. 53(E).—In pursuance of clause (b) of sub

section (2) of Section 116 c of the Representation of the

People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of

India hereby publishes the order of the Supreme Court of

India dated the 30th October, 2001 in Civil Appeal No.

3957 of 2001 filed against the judgement and order dated

20th October, 2000 of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at

Jabalpur in Election Petition No 1 of 1999.
