G.S.R. 906 (E). — In the English version of the Ministry of Shipping's Notification relating to thc Madras Port Trust

Employees' (Appointment. Promotion, etc.) Amendment Regulations. 2000. published in Part-11—Seclion-3—Sub-section

(i) of the Extraordinary issue of the Gazette of India dated 4th August. 2000. Sravana 13, 1922 under GSR 650( E). at pages

223,224 and 225.

1. In the Manner of Appointment for the post of Assistant Controller of Stores (Class-1) in page 223-224. the

following shall be included as "Note' under item 4 (d) 'Experience" —

Note .—The seniority among Assistant Controller of Stores II and Liaison Officer for the proposed promotion as

Assistant Controller of Stores Class-1 will be determined based on the date of promotion to the respective posts.

2 In the Manner of Appointment to the post of Assistant Controller of Stores (Class-11) in page 224-225. the

following shall be included against item 4

Qualification.—

"Must have undergone Training in Materials management"

3 In the Manner of Appointment to the post of Assistant Controller of Stores (Class-II) in page 224-225 the following

shall be included as "Note" under item 4 (d) "Experience' - -

"Note --The inter-se-seniority of the incumbents of the post of Senior Store Supervisor and Senior Inspector for the

purpose of promotion to the post of Office Superintendent will be determined based on their date of promotion as Senior

Stores Supervisor and Senior Inspector respectively.
