NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th December, 2001

G.S.R 910(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of

the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central

Government hereby appoints Chairman, Haldia Development

Authority, Kolkata on the Board of Trustees of the Kolkata

Port Trust Vice Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Dredging

Corporation of India (DCI) as a trustee and makes the

following amendment in the notification of the Government

of lndia in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports

Wing) G S R No 278(E) dated 31-3-2000

In the said notification against the Serial No 14 and

entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry

shall be substituted, namely —
