New Delhi, the 13th December, 2001

S.O. 1246(E).—-In exercise of the powers conferred

by clause 'D' of the Rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central

Council (Election) Rules. 1975, the Central Government

hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (3) of the

table annexed here to be the Returning Officers for the

purpose of the said Rule, in respect of States mentioned in

the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said table :—
