NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th December, 2001

S.O. 127J(E).—Whereas in pursuance of the provisions of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the

Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973(59 of 1973), Dr. Girendra Pal has been elected as a member to the Central Council

of Homoeopathy from the University of Rajasthan:

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the Central

Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the

erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department of Health), number, S.O. 482(E), dated the 6th August,

1974, namely :—

In the said notification, under the heading "Elected under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3". for serial

number 11 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:—
