S.O. 1272(E).—Whereas in pursuance of the provisions of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the

Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), Dr. N.H. Sharma has been elected as a member to the Central Council

of Homoeopathy from the Sardar Patel University:

Now. therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act. the Central

Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India m the then

Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department of Health), number S.O. 482 (E). dated the 6ii August, 1974.
