S.0.1281(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) ofsection 4 ofthe Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953),

read with rules 4 and 5 ofthe Tea Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in

the notification ofthe Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. (Tea Control), number S.R.0.944 dated the

17th March, 1954, namely:—

In the said notification, for serial numbers 11,12, 15 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted,
