New Delhi the 24th December. 2001

S. O. 29(E).—In partial modification of this Ministry's

Notification of even number dated 3-10-2001. the period of

the Committee of Inquiry headed by Capt. D.V Singh,

Director Flight Safety, Indian Airlines, inquiring into the ac-

cident to King Air C-90 aircraft VT-EFF, of Jindal Strips Ltd.

crashed at Mota (Near Mampun Railway Station) on 30th

September, 2001 while operating from Delhi to Kanpur in

which all the eight occupants of the aircraft lost their lives, is

extended upto 31st December, 2001.
