PUBLIC NOTICE

S.O. 36(E).—The following amendments/modifica-

tions which the Central Government propose to make in the

Master Plan for Delhi, 2001 are hereby published for public

information, Any per$on having any objection or sugges-

tion may send the same in writing to the Under Secretary,

Delhi Division, Ministry of Urban Development and Pov-

erty Alleviation, NirmanBhavan, New Delhi-110011 within a

period of 30 days from the date of this notice, The person

making the objection or suggestion should also give his

name and address,

Modification:— Notification No. SO, 428(E) dated

3rd June, 1999 relating to Group Housing norms for Co-op-

erative Societies and Private Builders had laid down the

parking requirement 1.80 Equivalent Car Space (ECS) per 100

square metre of total floor area. It is proposed to amend this

provision with graded parking norms applicable to all Co-

operative Societies, Group Housing and plotted residential

development i.e. 1.80 ECS for floor area upto 165 square

metres and 1.33 ECS per 100 square metre floor area beyond

165 square metres.
