Sub-section (a) of Section 8 of the Customs Act,

1962 (52 of 1962), I, IYPE MATHEW, Commissioner of

Customs, Hyderabad-II Commissionerate hereby order that

Notification No. 1/98-Cus dated 09-02-1998 earlier issued

by the Commissioner of Customs, Hyderabad-II

Commissionerate from File C.No. S./4/CONCOR/1/96-ICD,

be amended as follows :

In paragraph 1 for the words; through gateway ports of

Mumbai, Chennai and Navasheva Ports, the following may

be substituted : through gateway ports of Mumbai,

Chennai, Navasheva, Tuticorin, Vizag and Kakinda Port.
