NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd November, 2001

F. No. 6(l)/95-NALSA.—In exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 3 A of the Legal Services Authorities

Act, 1987 (39 of 1987) read with Rule 10 of the National Legal

Services Authority Rules, 1995, the Central Authority hereby

nominates Mr. Justice Gopal Ballav Pattanaik, Judge,

Supreme Court of India, as Chairman of ihe Supreme Court

Legal Services Committee and makes the following amend-

ments in its Notification S.0.115(E) dt 9-2-2000, namely:—

In the said Notification, for the serial number (1) and

the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substi-

tuted, namely:—
