NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd January. 2002
S.O. 95(E).—Whereas in pursuance of notification
No. 1901(2)/XVLl-V-l-2(KA)-37-1995, Lucknow, dated
September 23, 1995 published in the Gazette of Utiar
Pradesh, Extraordinary of the Government of Uttar Pradesh,
the Agra University, Agra has been renamed as Doctor
Bhimrao Ambcdkar University, Agra from 24th September.
1995;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Homoeopathy
Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central
Government after the consultation with the Central Council
of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further
amendments in the Second Schedule to the said
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, namely:
In the said Second Schedule, under the heading
"UTTAR PRADESH" for Serial number 15B and the entries
relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely
