New Delhi, the 23rd January, 2002

No. L-7/25(2)/2001-CERC.—In continuation of the

Commission's notifications dated 4th April, 2001 and

21 st September, 2001, it is hereby directed that the billing

of charges on the basis mentioned therein shall continue

for a further period of three months beyond 31-12-2001, i.e.

up to 31 -3-2002 on provisional basis and would be subject

to adjustment after final determination of tariff by the

Commission.
