S.O.188(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Notification No. 33/94-Customs (NT) dated 1-7-1994 of

the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department

of Revenue, New Delhi, the undersigned hereby declares

Veerabhadrapuram Village in Tanuku Mandal of West

Godavari District, in the State of Andhra Pradesh to be a

warehousing station under Section 9 of the Customs Act,

1962 (52 of 1962) for the purpose of setting up of 100%

Export Oriented Undertaking.
