. S.O.186(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Notification No. 33/94-Customs (NT) dated 1-7-1994 of

the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department

of Revenue, New Delhi, the Kanjikuzhi village of Cherthala

Taluk, Alleppey district in the State of Kerala is declared as

a warehousing station under Section 9 of the Customs

Act 1962 (52 of 1962) for the limited purpose of setting up

of 100% Export Oriented undertakings
