NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 3 ] st January, 2002

S.0.133 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Section 5 of the Iron Ore Mines, Manganese Ore Mines

and Chronic Ore Mines Labour Welfere Fund Act, 1976 (61

of 1976) read with sub-rule (2) of rule 3, sub-rule (l)(a) of

rule 4 and rule 16 of the Iron Ore Mines, Manganese Ore

Mines and Chrome Ore Mines Labour Welfare Fund Rules,

1978, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advi-

sory Committee and appoints the following persons to the

said Committee for the State of Karnataka to advice the

Central Government on the matters arising out of the ad-

ministration of the aforesaid Act, including matters relat-

ing to the application of the Iron Ore Mines, Manganese

Ore Mines and Chrome Ore Mines Labour Welfare Fund,

for a period of three years from the date of publication of

this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:—
