Home Affairs number G.S.R 6 (E) dated the 2nd January,

2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part II Section 3, Sub-section (i) of the same date, regarding

extension of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime

Act, 1999 (Maharashtra Act No. XXX of 1999) to the

National Capital Territory of Delhi,—
