S.O 163(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection)

Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests number S.O. 88(E), dated 6th February, 1997, namely:—

In the said notification,

0) in the preamble for the words "five years" the words "six years" shall be substituted;

(ii) for serial numbers (1) to (8) and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely:—
