No. 4/2002-CentraI Excise, dated the 30th January, 2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,

Sub-section (i) vide G. S R. 69(E) dated the 30th January, 2002, at page 5, namely :—

(i) in line 22, for "Customs", read

"Central Excise";

(ii) in line 23, for "Customs", read "Central Excise".
