by sub-section (1) of section 210A of the Companies Act,

1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the

following amendments in the notification of Government

of India, in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company

Affairs, Department of Company Affairs, number S.O.

841 (E) dated the 29th August, 2001, namely :—

In the said notification at serial number 8, for "Prof.

R M. Goyala" read "Professor R. N. Goyale".
