of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and

Public Distribution (Department of Food and Public

Distribution) No. G.S.R. 63O(E), dated the 31st August 2001,

published at pages 15 to 29 of the Gazette of India,

Exttaordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-section (i) dated the

31st August, 2001,

(i) in clause 6 relating to Momlori ng, in sub-clause

(8) in line 1 and line 2 for "Citizen's Charter" and

"Citizens Charter" read "Citizens' Charter";

(ii) in Form B, in sub item D, for 'mont' read 'month',

(<Si) in FORM B, in sub item (iv) of item E, for "Ration

Card" read, "Ration Cards";

(iv) in Form B, in column 1 of Table F for "SUGA"

read "SUGAR";

(v) in FORM C, in itemB for sub items "(v) and (vi)"

read "(i) and (ii)";
