Genera) Regulations (Amendment) Regulations, 2002

RPD/NZO/2002.—In exercise of the powers con-

ferred by sub-section (1) of Section 37 of the Industrial

Development Bank of India Act, 1964 (18 of 1964), the

Board, with the previous approval of the Central Govern-

ment, makes the following further amendment to the

Industrial Development Bank of India General Regulations,

1994, namely:

1.

(1) This regulation may be called the Industrial De-

velopment Bank of India General Regulations (Amendment)

Regulations, 2002.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of their pub-

lication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Industrial Development Bank of India General

Regulations, 1994 in Regulation 62 for the words "annual

general meeting" appearing in sub-regulations (1) and (2),

the words "general meeting" shall be substituted.
