Ref. SBD/5/2001-2002/3093.—With reference to the Notice published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary-Part Ill-

Section 4) dated the 6th December 2001, regarding convening of a General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank on 3 Oth

January, 2002, at 11 A.M. at A.K. G. Memorial Hall, Gas House Junction, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram-695034, for the

purpose of electing two shareholders to be Directors on the Board of the Bank, in pursuance of Section 25 (1) (d) of the State

Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 and the Notice regarding the names of the valid nominees published in the

Gazette of India (Extraordinary-Part Ill-Section 4) dated the 22nd January, 2002, in pursuance of Regulation 33(2) of the

Subsidiary Banks General Regulations, 1959, notice is hereby given that the following candidates were declared elected as

Directors, at the General Meeting of the shareholders held on 30th January, 2002, for a period of three years with effect from

31st January, 2002.
