NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the ] 2th February, 2002

S.O. 210(E).—In pursuance of Section 3 of the

National Commission for Women Act, 1990 (20 of 1990),

the Central Government hereby nominates Smt. Baby Rani

Maurya, 4-A, Carriappa Road, Baluganj, Agra-282001 as

Member of the National Commission for Women,

2. Smt. Baby Rani Maurya shall hold office for a term

not exceeding three years from the date of assumption of

charge of office or until further orders, whichever is

earlier.
