S. O.212(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred

by Notification No.33/94-Customs (NT) dated 1-7-1994

of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance,

Department of Revenue, New Delhi, the undersigned hereby

declares TADEPALLIGUDEM.of W.G., Distt., in the

State of Andhra Pradesh to be a warehousing station

under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962)

for the purpose

of setting up a unit for trading

purpose under 100 % EOU scheme.
