NOTIFICATION

New Delhi. 8th February. 2002

S.O.247(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of section 3 A of the National Highways

Act, 1956(48 of 1956). the Central Government, hereby

makes the following further amendment in the notification

of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road

Transport and Highways No. SO. 602(E) dated the 28th

June, 2001. published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary.

Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely :—

In the Schedule to the said notification, against serial

No. 5, for the entry in the column "Name of Competent

Authority", the

following shall be substituted,

namely :•—

"Special Deputy Collector (L.A.), NH-5,

Visakhaptnan".
