NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, 27th February, 2002

S.O. 250(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (3) of section 2 of the National Highways Act,

1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby omit the

National Highway No. 104 specified against Serial No. 95

in the Schedule to the said Act from that Schedule.

Note: The National Highway No. 104 was included in the

notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Road

Transport and Highways S.O. 923 (E) published in the Ga-

zette of India vide Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,

Sub Section (ii) Gazette dated the 12th October, 2000.

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, 27th February, 2002

S.0.251(10-—In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (2) of section 2 of the National Highways Act,

1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby declares

the highway specified in columns (2) and (3) of the Table

below to be a national highway.

The said highway, now declared to be national

highway, shall be deemed to be specified in the Schedule

to the said Act, with the Serial No., National Highway No.

and the description thereof, as indicated in the said Table.
