NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19thMarch, 2002

S.O. 340(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-rule (2) of rule 38 and read with Note 2 to clause (g)

of paragraph 1 of Section 'L', Notes to paragraph 4 of

Section 'S' and Notes to paragraph 4 of Section 'T' of

Schedule II to the Aircraft Rules, 1937, the Central

Government hereby notifies that the Senior Commercial

Pilot's Licence (for aeroplanes) and the Flight Instructor's

Rating (for gliders and for balloons) shall cease to be

granted with effect from 1st April, 2002.

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19thMarch, 2002

S.O. 341 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Note 2 to clause (g) of paragraph 1 of Section 'L', Note

to paragraph 4 of Section 'S' and Note to paragraph 4 of

Section "T of Schedule II to the Aircraft Rules, 1937, the

Central Government hereby notifies that the provisions

relating to the validity, renewal and privileges of the Senior

Commercial Pilot's Licence (for aeroplanes), the Flight

Instructor's Rating (for gliders and for balloons), granted

under rule 38 of the said rules shall remain in force upto

31st March, 2006.
