G.S.R. 236(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section l2Aof Essential Commodities Act, 1965 (10 of

1955), the Central Government being of the opinion that it is necessary that the contravention of Fertiliser (Control) Order,

1985 made under section 3 of the said Act, should be tried summarily, hereby specifics the said Order to be a special order

for the purposes of summary trial under the aforesaid section 12 A
