ORDER

New Delhi, the 28th March, 2002

S.O. 348 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Environment

(Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government

hereby makes the following further amendment in the

notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of

Environment and Forests, number S.O. 671(E), dated the

30th September, 1996, namely :—

In the said notification, in paragraph 1, for the words

"for a period of five and half years", the words "for a

period of six years" shall be substituted.
