S.O. 351(E).—In pursuance of Warrant of

Appointment issued by the President of India under his

hand and seal of 21-3-2002 by virtue of powers vested in

him under clause (3) of article 338 of the constitution, the

following persons have assumed Charge of their respective

offices in the National Commission for Scheduled Castes

and Scheduled Tribes with effect from the date shown
