NOTIFICATION

S.O. 374 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4( 1) of the National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils

Development Board Act, 1983 (No. 29 of 1983), the Central Government hereby notifies that Shri Kai lash Joshi, Member of

Parliament, Rajya Sabha, residing at C-604, Swarna Jayanti Sadan, Dr. B.D. Marg, New Delhi-1 to be a Member of the

National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Development Board, Gurgaon from the date of notification and for that purpose

amends the Government of India'Notification No. S,0.50(E) dated 25th January, 1999 of Ministry of Agriculture (Depart-

ment of Agriculture and Cooperation),published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)

dated 1st February, 1999 as follows, namely:—

In the said notification, for the entries and Serial Number 4C, the following entries shall be substituted :—

"4C Shri Kailash Joshi, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha."

His Term on the Board will be for a period of 3 years.
