NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th April. 2002

S.O. 428(E).—In pursuance of Section 3 of the

National Commission for Women Act, 1990 (20 of 1990),

the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. (Smt.) Sudha

Malaiya, 115/38. Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

as Member of the National Commission for Women.

2. Dr. (Smt.) Sudha Malaiya shall hold office for a

term not exceeding three years from the date of assumption

of charge of office or until further orders, whichever is

earlier.
