NOTIFICATION

New Delhi the 2nd May. 2002

G.S.R. 321 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of clause (b) of Section 2 of the Cine

Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1981 (33 of 1981), the Central Government hereby specifies an amount not exceeding rupees

eight thousand per month where such amount is paid monthly or an amount not exceeding one lakh rupees where it is paid

by way of humpsum or instalments; as remuneration of a cine worker for the purposes of this Act

2. This notification shall have effect from the date of its publication in me Official Gazette.

tion in the Official Gazette, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
