NOTIHCATION

New Delhi, the 8th May, 2002

GJSUR 347(E).-» In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read vwth sub-

section (6) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 to 1963), the Central

Government hereby appoints (i) Commander Coast Guard, District Paradip; (ii) Shri Om

>rakash Ray, (i») Shri Rcanab Kumar Pattnaik, and (iv) S/ShH B.K. Mittal, R.K. Chechani

and K. Parthasarathi as trustees to represent Coast Guard, Other Interests (to be appointed

by the Government), Shippers, and Other Interests in elected category respectively

representing on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Paradip and makes the following

amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports

Wing)GSR. No. 271 (E)dated8thApril, 2002.

In the said Notification after S.No. 5 and the entry relating thereto, the following

serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:
