New Delhi, the 9th July, 2002
S.O.713(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 17
of the Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994
(57 of 1994), the Central Government hereby appoints the following Appropriate
Authorities and Advisory Committees for Defence Services Medical Installations located
in the Union Territories of Delhi and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, namely: -
