S.O. 768(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by the Central Board of Excise and Customs,

Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department

of Revenue, New Delhi by Circular No. 579/16/2001-

CX, dated 26-06-2001 issued under Sub-rule (2) of Rule

20 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002,I hereby declare

village Bareja at Daskroi Taluka, in the state of Gujarat

to be a warehousing place for the purpose of

registration of warehouses under Rule 9 of the Central

Excise Rules, 2002.
