Commission of India hereby appoints the 18th July, 2002 (Thursday) as the day on which and 11 00 am of that day as the

time at which, the counting of votes for the Presidential Election, 2002 shall take place at the office of the Returning Officer

in Room No 63, First Floor of the Parliament House, New Delhi
