NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th July, 2002

S.O. 762(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

Sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the All India Institute of

Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) and in supersession

of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry

of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health),

number SO. 582(E), dated the 19th June, 2000, the Central

Government hereby nominates Shri Shatrughan Sinha,

Minister of Health and Family Welfare a member of the All

India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi to be the

President of the said Institute.
