S. O. 829(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph, J of the Drugs (Prices

Control) Order, 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 637(E), dated the

September 4, J 997, and in supersession of the orders of Ihe Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers

(National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) number 201<E) and 202(E) dated 7th March, 2001 and numbcrs*422fE) and

423(E) dated 11 th May, 2001 in so far as it relates to Potassium Penicillin G First Crystal, Sodium"pehicillin G, Benzathinc

Penicillin G and Procainc Penicillin G respectively except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Table

given below as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes) at which the bulk drug specified in the

corresponding entry in column (2) thereof shall be sold.

2 This price/revised price shall be made effective within 15 days from the date of this order as required under sub-

paragraph (1) of paragraph ] 4 of Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995 The necessary price-list should also be issued as

required under sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 14 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995.
